| The car left the factory in Stuttgart on 27 September 1966 and was stored in warehouses in Ulm from where it was shipped to Italy on order. It has always been Italian and belonged to the same family until 2010. Engine number 127 981 10 013963 with ZF 5-speed manual gearbox, body colour code 567G (glazing-maroon metallic), hard-top the same as the body 567. Interior code 118 with seats and upholstery in MB-TEX (imitation leather) light grey code 2101, dark grey bouclé carpets code 6143, side indicator repeaters and orange taillight plastics for the Italian market, elimination of rear under-licence plate moulding, various body paint protection (for transport-export to Italy). In 2005 it underwent a restoration of only the bodywork respecting the original configuration, original interior preserved. Complete with first registration plates and registration papers on pages, ASI gold homologation and owner’s manuals. |
